The bill has two sides
Supply and discharge costs may both matter, but only verified avoidable charges belong in the model.
ACCOUNT RESEARCH FOR INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT & REUSE SELLERS
Find facilities where water reuse or treatment could make economic sense. Research avoidable costs, process requirements, buying roles and project timing.
The accounts. The business case. The next move.
THE PAIN / NOT ANOTHER GENERIC LIST
Before selling time becomes sunk time, test the obstacles.
Supply and discharge costs may both matter, but only verified avoidable charges belong in the model.
Water quality, treatment requirements and intended use make each site-specific reuse case different.
Funding, authority and operating priorities can remain unknown even when a site has a need.
WHAT ALMA HUNTER DELIVERS
Connect measured avoided volumes to supply and discharge charges that actually decline.
Research process needs, quality constraints and site-specific technical requirements.
Link meters, bills, operating records and buying signals to explicit assumptions and unknowns.
Illustrative qualification, not a researched account. Unknowns stay unknown.
THE KPIs / TRACK, DO NOT PROMISE
Metrics to monitor—not guaranteed lifts, meetings or sales.
Monitor accounts with documented use-case relevance and technical conditions.
Track funding, decision roles, product-specific need and the buying window.
Validate purchased/discharged volume and charges that genuinely decline.
THE BUYER’S RETURN FROM YOUR SOLUTION
This models your buyer’s return from your solution—not your revenue from buying leads.
YOUR BUYER’S ROI / FICTIONAL INPUTS
YEAR ONE / USD / MODEL, NOT A FORECAST
Below year-one break-even. Revisit the case—not the arithmetic.
Illustrative, editable assumptions—not validated results, guarantees or Alma service pricing.
Include only genuinely avoidable supply/discharge costs. Do not count overlapping water volumes or costs twice.
Gross benefit = potential units × economic unit value × realized share.
Full year-one cost = full upfront deployment + annual operating cost. Net = benefit − full cost. Year-one ROI = net ÷ full cost × 100. Each cost is subtracted once.
Simple upfront payback = upfront cost ÷ (annual benefit − annual operating cost) × 12 months, only if annual net benefit is positive. It assumes steady annual realization, not a discounted cash-flow forecast. Year-one break-even units = full year-one cost ÷ realized unit value.
Check meters, baseline operating records, bills, rates, contracts and the intended reuse quality requirements.

FROM THE FOUNDER / NOT A CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL
“Finding companies was never the hard part.”
