We store the details you submit to review and respond to your inquiry. The optional marketing checkbox starts unchecked. We record your choice; message opt-in is not required for an inquiry response or the free trial. The two-free-lead request accepts a valid assigned rep referral code or N/A and remains pending manual qualification and delivery review. No lead is generated or delivered by this form. Please don’t send confidential data.
How inquiry details are handled
For product-detail inquiries, company name, company website, product / service name and product page URL(s) are required. The remaining product details and social profiles are optional submitted business context; we do not validate customer relationships or retrieve the links.
The forms collect your name, work email, company, business brief and optional phone, contact preference, job title, company website, address, notes and marketing choice. Only the optional details you provide are saved. If you provide a sales-rep referral code, we check the assigned code and store its immutable rep identity with your inquiry for attribution. N/A is recorded as a direct Alma Hunter inquiry with no rep identity. A code does not authenticate a rep or give them access to your information, and this form does not calculate or send rep payments. A selected audience may also be stored as business context. If requested, the two-free-lead trial, score threshold strictly over 7 on a 10-point scale and pending manual-review status are recorded; these are not delivered or validated leads. Accepted inquiries are stored in this project’s server-side database with a submission reference and time. Review uses private owner exports; there is no public inquiry listing.
For spam prevention, the server validates a signed submission token and its timing, checks an empty anti-spam field, and stores a hashed network identifier, submission-attempt count and time bucket. The application does not store raw network addresses in those rate-limit records.
Rep codes may be included in explicit shared-page links and carried in the URL between relevant site pages; this does not use tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. The live site uses Cloudflare for hosting and private inquiry storage. After durable acceptance, it queues a full inquiry email through Resend to shawkyard@gmail.com, with sales@almahunter.com copied. The email includes your submitted contact and business details, any product information and social links you provide, referral attribution, opt-in and trial choices, and the submission reference and timestamp. It does not send visitor confirmations or marketing messages automatically. To ask about your information or withdraw optional marketing permission, use the email contact above.
